NOTE
THE POWER STEERING PULLEY MUST BE PRESSED ON 0.67 mm PAST THE END OF THE SHAFT (FIGURE 2).

Verity that the vehicle has the new power steering pulley installed (Figure 3). If raised flange pulley is not installed, remove and discard the power
steering pulley. Install new Power Steering Pulley (F7ZZ-3A733-AA).

On the bottom of the power steering pump there is a power steering line orientation clip that is mounted with a single fastener. Remove and
discard the clip. Install the replacement Power Steering Orientation Clip (F7ZZ-3E523-AA).

Locate the automatic belt tensioner. If a tensioner positive stop is installed over the tensioner and the part number stamped on the bottom of the
positive stop is F7ZE-19A439-AB, remove and discard the positive stop and belt tensioner.
