Verify that the vehicle has the new flanged water pump pulley installed (Figure 1). If raised flange pulley is not installed, remove and discard
water pump pulley. Install new Water Pump Pulley (F6ZZ-8509-AA) and torque bolts to 20-30 N.m (15-22 lb-ft).
