Install DPFE sensor/EVR solenoid bracket assembly. Tighten top bolt (M6) to 8-12 Nm (6-8 lb/ft). Tighten rear bolt (M8) to 20-30 Nm (15-22
lb/ft).

Connect EVR solenoid vacuum line and electrical connector.
13.
Connect DPFE sensor vacuum lines and electrical connector.
14.
Wipe throttle body adapter mating surfaces of any foreign material.
15.
Install throttle body adapter, throttle body and EGR valve assembly. Tighten retaining bolts to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb/in).
16.
Install EGR tube to EGR valve. Tighten EGR tube nut to 35-45 Nm (26-33 lb/ft).
17.
Position throttle cable bracket assembly, engage return spring and install retaining bolts. Tighten bolts to 8-12 Nm (6-8 If/ft).
18.
Connect throttle and speed control cables.
19.
Connect throttle Position (TP) sensor and Idle Air Control (IAC) electrical connectors.
20.
Connect EGR vacuum line, canister purge line to rear of throttle body and vacuum harness to front of throttle body.
21.
Install PCV assembly to right valve cover and throttle body.
22.
Connect breather tube to left valve cover.
23.
Install air cleaner outlet tube, including idle air control resonator assembly. Tighten clamps to 2-3 Nm (18-26 lb/in).
24.
Connect battery negative cable, then remove memory saver.
25.
Turn key on to energize the fuel pump and check for fuel leakage.
26.
Start engine and check fuel system for leaks.
