c. Draw an axial chalk line at any radial location approximately 101.6 mm (4 inches) long at the rear of the driveshaft.
d. Locate the transducer on the bottom side of the rear axle housing, and position it into place with Rotunda High Lift Jack 014-00942 or
equivalent.
e. Run the engine at the worst vibration speed noted and watch the position of the chalk line using the strobe light.
f.
This provides a starting point for the initial location of the clamps.
5. Stop the engine and rotate the driveshaft so the chalk line is in the same location as seen under the strobe light.
