Intercooler: Service and Repair
REMOVAL:
1.
Remove the front fascia from the vehicle.
2.
Remove the front bumper assembly from the vehicle.
Intercooler Assembly
3.
Remove all mounting nuts from the intercooler housing.
Intercooler Air Hose
4.
Remove the clamps on both the inlet and outlet air hoses on the intercooler assembly.
5.
Remove the inlet and outlet air hoses from the intercooler assembly.
