If adjustment is required, lower the door glass 25.4 mm (1") and make a reference mark on the door (Figure 8).
c.
Loosen the glass stop bolt just enough to be able to slide the stop and move the stop the same distance the mark is out of specification.
Example: If the glass is 1.0 mm too high, lower the stop 1.0 mm.
NOTE:
STOPPER MAY ROTATE DURING TIGHTENING WHICH CAN CHANGE THE GLASS HEIGHT.
d.
Tighten the glass stop bolt.

Raise the door glass and recheck.

Check the door glass rear inboard and outboard adjustment. Adjust if necessary.
NOTE:
DO NOT ADJUST THE FRONT WINDOW TRACK INBOARD AND OUTBOARD ADJUSTMENT SCREW.
a.
With the door glass in the full up position, close the door until the top rear corner of the glass lightly touches the weatherstrip (Figure 9).
b.
Measure the distance between the B-pillar weatherstrip surface and the outside of the glass (Figure 9). This distance must be between 14-19
mm (0.55-0.75").
