11. Seal seams as required with Ford Clear Silicone Sealer (D6AZ-19562-AA). See Figures 1 through 4 for proper sealer location.
12. Water test to confirm water leak correction.
13. Attach fender as follows:

Remove the support from between the fender and inner panel
^
Reposition the fender to the "A" pillar and inner panel
^
Loosely install attaching bolts
^
Align fender to door and hood
^
Tighten bolts
^
Install attaching bolts at bottom of fender to bottom of cowl and around the wheel opening
14. Install the plastic bezel cover to the headlamp bulb assembly with two (2) screws.
15. Install the right hand plastic cowl top shield. Use Ford Clear Silicone Sealer (D6AZ-19562-AA) on the plastic nut that is directly over the heater
