Check the blow out clip for proper position.

If it is bent or contacts the door glass when the door is closed, install a new glass run/blow out clip molding assembly, Figure 19.
NOTE:
THE REVISED PART DOES NOT HAVE A RELIEF SLOT CUT NEAR THE CLIP. THIS REDUCES THE POSSIBILITY OF BENDING.

If it is needed, repeat this procedure for the opposite side of the car.
4.
If windnoise or water leak concerns are still present, proceed to the door glass adjustment procedure.
Door Glass Stop and Adjustment
DOOR GLASS STOP AND INBOARD/OUTBOARD ADJUSTMENT
1.
Make sure the door glass is completely rolled up.

Measure the height of the glass to the retainer at points A and B shown on Figure 20. The measurement at point A should be 9.5 mm +/- 1.5 mm.
The measurement at point B should be 8.0 mm +/- 1.5 mm.
3.
If the measurements are incorrect, remove the interior door trim panel.
4.
Remove the door glass weather seal from the retainer.
5.
Locate the two (2) door glass stops, Figure 20.
6.
Adjust the door glass height to the specifications in Step 2.
