The removed transmission and the oil cooler must be returned per instructions contained in the packaging material provided with the new transmission.
Failure to return the transmission and oil cooler in the container provided or return of non-defective transaxle and radiator cooler will result in dealership
chargeback of $750.00 plus the total amount of the 1863 claim.
Since replacement automatic transmission assemblies are being provided at no charge, do not include any parts costs or parts allowance for the
transmission on the form 1863. Claim $100.00 as a handling allowance for each transmission replaced. To claim the allowance you must:
