Replace the Accelerator Cable Assembly with P/N 9A758 and the throttle kicker solenoid vacuum valve (9D474) as follows:

Remove the air cleaner assembly and route the new wiring harness (9E724) along the engine with the existing harness as shown in Figure 18.
