Crankshaft Gear/Sprocket: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the timing belt.

2. Install the Camshaft Sprocket Holding/Removing Tool on the sprocket.

-

Remove the bolt and washer.

3. Remove the camshaft sprocket.

INSTALLATION 

1. Position the key and camshaft sprocket on the shaft.

2. Install the Cam Sprocket Holding/Removing Tool on camshaft sprocket.

3. Tighten the bolt.
