Heater Core: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the instrument panel.See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair
2. Remove the evaporator case.See: Evaporator Case/Service and Repair
3. Drain the radiator. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair

4. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.

5. Remove the nuts and the plenum chamber.

6. Remove the screws and remove the heater core cover.

7. Remove the heater core.
