Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the intake manifold.
3. Remove the vacuum line at the fuel pulse damper.
4. Remove the fuel pulse damper.

Remove the screws.
-
Remove the fuel pulse damper.
INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate the O-rings with Super Premium SAE 10W30 Motor Oil or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M2C153-G.
2. Tighten the screws.
