NOT separate the OCS bladder from the seat cushion foam pad. Failure to follow these instructions may result in incorrect operation of the OCS
system and may cause system failure.
NOTE: Driver 40 percent seat shown, passenger and driver 60 percent seat similar.
Release the J-clips.

For 60 percent seat, release the side foam pad retainer strap.
7. Remove all rows of hog rings and remove the cushion trim cover.
Installation
All seats
1. NOTICE: Inspect the seat cushion pad and seat cushion trim cover for any foreign objects before installing the seat cushion trim cover to
the seat cushion pad. If any foreign objects are found, remove them. Failure to follow these instructions may result in incorrect operation
of the Occupant Classification Sensor (OCS) system and may cause system failure.
Position the cushion trim cover to the foam pad and install the rows of hog rings.
2. NOTE: Driver 40 percent seat shown, passenger and 60 percent seat similar.
Fasten the J-clips.

For 60 percent seat, fasten the side foam pad retainer strap.
3. Position the seat track to the cushion frame assembly and install the 4 bolts.

Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
4. Attach the cushion trim cover rear J-clip.
