Oil Filter Adapter
Removal
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Drain the engine oil.
4. Disconnect the Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) switch electrical connector.
5. Remove the EOP switch.
6. Remove and discard the oil filter.
7. Remove the 4 bolts, the oil filter adapter and discard the gasket.
