6. From behind the front safety belt guide cover, release the retaining tab and open the cover.
NOTE:

If the safety belt guide cover is damaged or if it does not remain closed, install a new cover.

7. Remove the nut and safety belt guide.
8. Remove the safety belt anchor.

Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.

Remove the safety belt anchor.
9. If equipped with moveable quarter window glass, remove the two screws attaching the quarter window latch.
NOTE: The quarter window glass must be open to carry out this step.
