4. Engage the special tool to the evaporator core orifice.
5. Holding the special tool T-handle stationary, rotate the special tool body to remove the evaporator core orifice.
Vehicles with a damaged or broken evaporator core orifice
6. Screw the end of the special tool into the broken evaporator core orifice.
7. Holding the special tool T-handle stationary, rotate the special tool body to remove the evaporator core orifice.
INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil or equivalent. See: Refrigerant Oil Addition.
