NGS DOORRAP state is AJAR.

Do both states appear on NGS?
Yes

GO to F5

No

If always AJAR, SERVICE door/liftgate/liftgate window ajar input circuits/switches with GEM module diagnostics See: Accessories and Optional
Equipment/General Moduleor SERVICE Circuit 999 (R/BK) for a short to ground with ignition in RUN. If always CLOSED, SERVICE Circuit
999 (R/BK) for an open or SERVICE door/liftgate/liftgate window ajar input circuits/switches with GEM module diagnostics.

F5 CHECK IGNITION INPUT

Enter in NGS: RAP, PID/DATA and select IGN RAP to monitor ignition state.

-

Turn key to OFF position. NGS communication may be lost after a few seconds.

-

NGS IGN RAP is OFF.

-

Return ignition key to RUN position and resume NGS PID/DATA communication if necessary.

NGS IGN RAP state is RUN/AC.

Do both states appear on NGS? 
Yes

CALL phone number on receiver assembly for additional assistance.

No

If always RUN/AC state, SERVICE ignition switch or SERVICE Circuit 1002 (B/PK) for a 100 ohm or less battery short. If always OFF state,
SERVICE Circuit 1002 (B/PK) for an open, blown fuse, or short to ground or SERVICE ignition switch.
