Fuel Filler Cap: Technician Safety Information
CAUTION

Fuel tank may be pressurized. To relieve pressure, rotate fuel cap over one half turn counterclockwise. If fuel cap is venting fuel or a hissing sound
is heard, wait until condition stops before continuing to turn cap if these precautions are not followed, fuel may spray and cause personal injury.

Do not smoke, carry lighted tobacco or an open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel-related component. Highly flammable
mixtures are always present and may be ignited, resulting in possible personal injury.
