Ranger 2WD V6-182 3.0L (1995)
Installation
1. Position front safety belt retractor and tongue to the vehicle and install the retaining bolt. Using Seat Belt Bolt Bit (No.50 Torx(R)) T77L-2100-A,
tighten to 30-40 N.m (22-30 lb-ft).
2. Feed the floor anchor end of the front safety belt retractor and tongue through the quarter trim panel. Install quarter trim panel.
3. Position the floor anchor anti-rotation tab to the front floor pan. Install the bolt and tighten to 30-40 N.m (22-30 lb-ft).
4. Position safety belt D-ring. Install bolt and tighten to 30-40 N.m (22-30 lb-ft).
5. Install front seat shoulder strap guide cover by hooking the upper retaining tab over the top of the belt guide and press both lower corners between
the thumb and index finger, to snap lower retaining tabs behind the belt guide.
6. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
Rear Safety Belt, Supercab

Removal
1. Fold back of seat down. Remove bolt securing belt and tongue to side panel. Remove nut and washer, then remove the belt and tongue assembly.
2. Remove bolt securing latch and belt to floorpan. Remove belt and latch assembly.
Installation
1. Position belt and latch assembly. Install retaining bolt. Tighten to 30-40 N.m (22-30 ft-lb).
2. Position washer, belt and tongue assembly. Install retaining bolt. Tighten to 30-40 N.m (22-30 ft-lb).
3. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
