Solenoid Valve Body
PURPOSE
The RABS valve is the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) of the RABS 11 system. The RABS valve contains an isolation and a dump valve operated by
solenoids controlled remotely from the anti-lock electronic control module. The isolation valve prevents additional pressure from being fed to the rear
brake system and the dump valve releases pressure from the rear brake system. The RABS valve will store "dumped" brake fluid until brake pressure
is released and then release it back to the brake master cylinder reservoir through the brake master cylinder.
