8. Remove two screws securing lower instrument panel opening finish panel. Pry panel loose. Hold instrument panel finish panel while prying loose
right side of lower instrument panel finish panel. Remove finish panel.
9. Remove upper steering column shroud.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ignition switch lock cylinder simply pushes back in. Tighten instrument panel finish panel screws to 2.1-2.9
Nm (19-25 inch lbs.).
