Refer to Adjustments. See: Wiper Arm/Adjustments
4. Push windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft onto pivot.
5. Push latch tab down to lock windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft into pivot.
NOTE: If latch cannot be locked by hand, remove windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft and windshield wiper blade assembly and
inspect.
