WARNING: Make sure the occupant classification sensor (OCS) shield(s) is present, not damaged and correctly installed. The OCS system
shield(s) helps prevent damage to the OCS weight sensor bolt electrical connectors. Failure to follow these instructions may result in
incorrect operation of the OCS system, which increases the risk of serious personal injury or death in a crash.
NOTE: After adjusting the rear brake shoes and linings, check the parking brake for correct operation. Make sure the parking brake cable equalizer
operates freely.
1. Using the special tool or equivalent, measure the brake drum inside diameter.
2. Adjust the rear brake shoes and linings.
