Ranger 2WD V6-3.0L (2008)
1. Position the engine support insulator.
4WD vehicles
2. Install the engine support insulator nut.

Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
3. CAUTION: Any time bolts, washers, spacers or flagnuts are loosened in the front axle housing support for any reason, install new
components to prevent damage.
Raise the front axle housing into place and install the 3 bolts and flagnuts.

Tighten to 66 Nm (49 lb-ft).
4. Remove the jack.
5. Align the index marks and install new front driveshaft straps and the bolts.
^
Tighten to 19 Nm (14 lb-ft).
RWD vehicles
6. Install the engine support insulator nut.
^
Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
