Flexplate
Flexplate or Flywheel and Crankshaft Rear Seal - Exploded View
Removal
1. Remove the transmission.
2. Remove the bolts and the flexplate.

Inspect the flexplate for cracks or other damage. Install a new flexplate if necessary.
Installation
NOTE: Special bolts are used for the installation. Do not use standard bolts.
1. Position the flexplate on the crankshaft and install the bolts.

Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern.
^
Tighten to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
2. Install the transmission.
