Is the fuse open (blown)?

Yes

REFER to the Wiring Diagrams to identify the possible causes of the circuit short. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool.  See:
Diagrams/Electrical Diagrams/Diagrams By Number

No

GO to D2.

D2 CHECK THE SJB GROUND CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN

Ignition OFF.

-

Disconnect: Negative Battery Cable.

-

Disconnect: SJB C2280c.

-

Measure the resistance between the SJB C2280c-1, circuit GD174 (BK/WH), harness side and ground.

-

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes

GO to D3.

No

REPAIR the circuit. CONNECT the negative battery cable. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool.

D3 CHECK THE HS-CAN CIRCUITS BETWEEN THE SJB AND THE DLC FOR AN OPEN

Disconnect: SJB C2280d.
