Remove screws (N610959-S2) attaching the oil cooler assembly to the radiator support and remove the cooler assembly (Figure 39). Remove clip

(N802268-S11) from the cooler inlet tubes and retain clip.
4.

Install clip (N802268-S11) to the new oil cooler assembly inlet tubes (Figure 39).

5.

Position and install the cooler assembly to the radiator support. Reconnect the cooler hoses to the cooler assembly (Figure 39). Securely tighten
each hose clamp to assure a leak-proof connection.

6.

Check level of transmission fluid in transmission; add fluid if required.

7.

Replace the grille.
