Some dealership mechanics are continuing to replace the A/C control switch assembly (-19A642-) on the subject vehicles when only the bulb and base
assembly (E3TZ-13466-B) is burned out. Replaced non-defective A/C control switch assemblies will be subject to denial or chargeback.
When the indicator light on the A/C control switch assembly is burned out, only the bulb and base assembly (E3TZ-13466-B) should be replaced. Do not
replace the entire switch assembly. Refer to the respective shop manual A/C section for "A/C push button switch bulb" removal and installation
procedures.
