Install the modified shield, making sure the retaining barbs are seated (Figure 13).

9.

Carefully center the grille assembly in position between the fenders allowing the "foamlip" of the shield to impinge against the grille end. Install
the (ten) retaining screws and tighten to .7-1.0 N-m (6.2-8.6 inch-lbs.) torque.

10.

Install the (two) Park/Turn lamp cavity grille retaining screws and tighten to .7-1.0 N-m (6.2-8.6 inch-lbs.) torque.

11.

Install the two Park/Turn lamps and tighten the (four) retaining screws to .7-1.0 N-m (6.2-8.6 inch-lbs.) torque.
