Removal and Installation - F250/350 w/6.9L Diesel Engine
1.
Remove the grille.
2.
Loosen the two hose clamps (376240-S1) attaching the two flexible hoses to the oil cooler assembly (7A095) and remove both hoses from the
cooler assembly (Figure 40).

Remove the three clips (N802268-S100/ 385945-S10) from the cooler assembly and retain clips.
4.
Install the three clips (N802268-S100/ 3859345-S10) to the cooler assembly as shown in Figure 41.
