TRANSFER CASE (1350) - OIL PUMP RETAINER - REVISED
LIGHT TRUCK 1983-85 RANGER (4x4), BRONCO II
The transfer case oil pump retainer (Part No. E3TZ- 7E215-A) has been revised to a double leg design.

The retainer must be installed with the double legs facing the front of the transfer case as illustrated in Figure 25. Installing the retainer in the reverse
direction could result in an interference condition. This revised retainer replaces the previous straight blank anchor leg or 90~ twist anchor leg designs.
Both of these previous service stock levels should be returned for credit and only the double leg design used as a service replacement.
