GLASS - QUARTER WINDOW - WHITE SPOTS IN PRIVACY GLASS ON BRONCO II VEHICLES BUILT PRIOR TO 1/18/84
LIGHT TRUCKS 1984 BRONCO II
White spots (voids) in the quarter window privacy glass coating on Bronco II's cannot be serviced. The concern glass must be replaced in the following
manner:
WARRANTY SERVICE:

If one side only is to be replaced, service the vehicle using E4TZ-9829710-A or E4TZ-9829711-A until service stock is depleted.

If the above service stock is depleted, use both E4TZ-9829710-E and E4TZ-9829711-E. Replacement of both sides is required due the difference
in light transference between the "A" and "E" suffix level parts.

If both quarter windows require replacement, service the vehicle using E4TZ-9829710-E or E4TZ- 9829711-E. This will allow replacement with
the latest level parts.
CUSTOMER PAY:

If the replacement is a "customer pay" service and only one glass is required, replace the glass with the E4TZ-9829710-A or E4TZ-9829711-A as
necessary. If both are required, replace them with E4TZ-9829710-E and E4TZ-9829711-E.

If replacement of one glass is required and the "A" suffix service part stock is depleted, replace both quarter glasses with the "E" suffix level. The
glass distributor has been directed to furnish the second glass and labor for installation of the second glass on a "no charge" basis when service
stock is depleted.
