6. Disconnect the accelerator cable and speed control (if equipped).
7. Remove the accelerator cable bracket.

Position out of the way.
8. Disconnect the crankcase vent hose from the valve cover.
9. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the intake manifold vacuum tee.
