Low power on wide open throttle acceleration in temperatures below 40~ F could be caused by excessive air cleaner restriction when the air cleaner duct
and valve are in the heated air position. The procedure listed below will help minimize the concern.

Obtain a W.O.T. valve, (part number D8ZZ-9F424- A) one (1) rubber cap, (part number 382444-S) one
(1)
6.0" x 5/32" vacuum hose, one (1) 14.0" x 5/32" vacuum hose, one (1) 1.5" x 7/32" vacuum hose and two (2) 1/4" x 1/4" x 3/16" tees, (part
number 383017-S).
