Drive Belt: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Loosen adjustment and pivot bolts on accessories needing belts replaced, then remove old belts.
2. Install new belt over pulleys, tension belt, then tighten adjustment and pivot bolts to specifications. Ensure V-ribbed belt grooves properly contact
pulley.
3. Check belt tension using belt tension gauge tool No. T63L-8620-A or equivalent, installed midpoint between two pulleys.
4. Reset tension if not within specifications.
