Dashboard / Instrument Panel: Description and Operation
OPERATION
Voltage is applied, at all times, through fuse 10 to the main light switch. When the main light switch is in "PARK" or "HEAD", voltage is applied
across the dimmer rheostat, to the electronic radio display, and through fuse 13 to the instrument illumination lamps. The dimmer rheostat
adjustment controls the voltage that is applied to the radio display and the instrument illumination lamps.
The amount of voltage applied determines the brightness of the radio display and the instrument illumination lamps.
