Cut out template provided in Figure 2 of this bulletin.

2.

Position template on upper/side of tailgate in the area that the tailgate filler will be installed. Refer to Figure 3.

3.

Using template, center punch sheet metal in locations shown. Refer to Figure 2 template.

4.

Remove template and drill two (2) 1/4" holes at the center punch locations.

5.

Apply a small amount of Super Seal Anti-Corrosion Compound to the sheet metal area that was drilled.

6.

Attach the tailgate inner filler assembly to the tailgate as shown in Figure 3.

7.

Repeat the procedure for opposite side of vehicle.
