Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair
Four Wheel Anti-Lock Brake System (4WABS)
Removal
1. CAUTION: Prior to removal of the module, it is necessary to upload module configuration information to New Generation STAR (NGS) Tester.
This information needs to be downloaded into the new module once installed.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the hydraulic control unit bolts.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
4. Remove the anti-lock brake control module.
