Thermostat: Service and Repair
Removal
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the upper radiator hose from the water outlet connection.
3. Remove the bolts and the water hose connection from the engine.
4. Remove the thermostat and the O-ring from the water hose connection.
Installation
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Fill cooling system
