Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair
Four Wheel Anti-Lock Brake System (4WABS)
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery cables and remove the battery.
Wire Harness Connector And Anti-Lock Brake Control Module
2. Locate the ABS control module electrical connector in front and to the right of the battery tray. Disconnect the connector.
3. Remove the ABS control module-to-radiator support screw.
4. Slide the ABS control module to release the retaining tab and remove the module from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure, noting the following:

Tighten the module-to-radiator support screw to 6-8 Nm (53-71 inch lbs.).
