Front Door Hinge: Adjustments
Door Alignment - Front
All alignments
1. Remove the door latch striker.
In and out, up and down alignment
2. Loosen the 4 door hinge-to-door bolts.
3. Align the door to specifications.
4. Tighten the door hinge-to-door bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
Fore and aft alignment
5. Remove the cowl side trim panel.
6. Loosen the lower door hinge-to-body nut.
7. Remove the front fender.
8. Loosen the 2 door hinge-to-body bolts and upper hinge-to-body nut.
9. Align the door to specifications.
10. Tighten the 2 door hinge-to-body bolts and the 2 hinge-to-body nuts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
11. Install the front fender.
