Removal and Installation
All vehicles
1. Remove the passenger air bag module.
2. Remove the defroster opening grille.
3. Detach and position the RH demister hose aside.
Vehicles with anti-theft/keyless entry
4. Remove the screws and position the anti-theft/keyless entry module aside.
All vehicles
5. Working through the opening near the RH defroster nozzle, remove the screw.
6. Remove the temperature blend door actuator.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the screws and the temperature blend door actuator.
