Wipers and Washers - Windshield Washer Pump Streetka 2003.5 (01/2003-07/2005)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Standard preparatory measures.
    • Note the radio keycode.
    • Make a note of the programmed radio stations.
    • Lay protective covers over the fenders.
  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Disconnect the battery negative lead.
    Remove the windscreen washer reservoir.

  1. Remove the windscreen washer pump together with the rubber seal.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Coat the rubber seal with soap solution prior to installation.
    Fit the seal and the windscreen washer pump.
  1. Install the windscreen washer reservoir.

  1. Standard finishing operations.
    • Connect the battery negative lead.
    • Remove the protective covers.
    • Enter the radio keycode.
    • Reprogramme the preset radio stations.
    • Adjust the clock.
    • Carry out a road test to enable the PCM to collect data.
  1. Check the windscreen washer pump is working correctly and that there are no leaks.
