Heater And Evaporator - Disassembled View
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Drain cooling system into suitable container.
3.
Disconnect vacuum supply hose from in-line check valve located in engine compartment.
4.
Evacuate the A-C system.
5.
Disconnect the liquid line and accumulator from evaporator core at dash panel. cap evaporator and refrigerant lines to prevent contamination.
