HARDSTOP (THROTTLE STOP ADJUSTING SCREW) RPM SETTING PROCEDURE

NOTE:

THIS PROCEDURE IS NEW AND REPLACES ALL PRIOR PROCEDURES.

REMINDER:

Battery must be disconnected for 5 minutes before proceeding.

1.

^ Engine "OFF"

Remove the air induction tube (flex tube) completely.

2.

Retract the (SC Motor ^ In the engine compartment, find the self-test connector and self-test input (STI) connector.

Connect a jumper wire between self-test input connector and signal return pin on the self-test connector.
