Refunds
If you have previously paid to have the
brake rotors on your car replaced due to a
corrosion related fracture of one of the
rotors, Ford is offering a refund including
deductible amounts. For a refund, please
give the original copy of your paid work-
order to your Ford or Mercury dealer, Your
car will need to be inspected to determine
if the proper rotors were installed. If the
proper rotors were not installed, the rotors
will again be replaced.
Changed address
If you halve, please fill out enclosed prepaid
or sold the
postcard and mail it to us.
