WHAT WE WILL DO
Depending upon the type of engine installed in your vehicle, we will replace at no-charge two heater inlet hoses or a heater inlet hose and/or a water
bypass hose. Engine repairs as a result of this described condition are included, if this is necessary.
Service provided by this program is available during the basic vehicle warranty (12-months from the in-service date or 12,000-miles of service) or
through July 31, 1988, whichever provides the greater coverage. We will also provide a refund to you for this service if you paid to have it done and the
repair was a result of this condition.

CONTACT YOUR FORD OR LINCOLN-MERCURY DEALER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
REFUNDS
For a refund, take your paid repair order or parts purchase receipt to your Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer no later than July 31, 1988. The dealer will
process a refund if the repairs were made prior to the receipt of this letter.
