1.
Remove Snow Shield. Disconnect accelerator cable from the Secondary Throttle Lever Assembly (Item 3).
2.
Remove and discard the existing Throttle Return Spring (Item 9).
3.
Remove the Throttle Control Rod (Item 7).
4.
Remove External Retaining Ring (Item 8) and Secondary Throttle Lever Assembly (Item 3) including the plastic hub bushing from Throttle Body
Hub Pin.
5.
Discard the removed parts.
6.
Using 330 emery cloth, remove corrosion from the Throttle Body Hub Pin. Polish the Hub Pin until the Stainless Steel Sleeve (Item 2) can be
slipped on. Wipe Hub Pin surface clean.
