ISSUE:
Beginning in May, 1995, all AX4S and AX4N transaxles are equipped with a new "Grob"-type spline in the drive joint between the overdrive drum
assembly and the front sun and shell assembly (Figure 1). This new "Grob-type spline replaces the castellated lug-type drive joint (Figure 2) on all
AXOD, AXODE and AX4S NON-SHO transaxles and the original "Grob"-type spline joint on the AX4S SHO and all AX4N transaxles.
